Torr Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating Repair

We hired Torr refrigeration for installation of a new AC. I got quotes from many different providers, but this was by far the most transparent, straight forward and quick discussion and installation. They came promptly to have a look at our current setup and provided me with a reasonable quote with great warranty and installation options. After finalizing, the work was finished within the next week itself in the most professional manner I have seen yet. Even the after installation service was great where they were able to quickly provide me with accessories for my new setup like AC cover and filters.I will definitely recommend their services for your heating/cooling needs.

Recently I contacted this company for the trouble shooting of my central air conditioner. After the lengthy conversation with Harman I got fixed the diagnostic appointment with this company. It shocked me once 35 years old HVAC company technician misdiagnosed the problem and I was unsure to proceed with them but Harman and his associate found the problem and fixed it in an hour and a half. Honest service with quality people.Unfortunately didn't get to actually use their service but the guy who answered my call on a Saturday night was the best.He didn't charge me for anything but provided me with troubleshooting advice just to make sure I didn't pay extra to have him come out. He ultimately helped me realize I needed a new fuse and where in my HVAC to find it. Once I got the replacement fuse from Canadian Tire, I was able to successfully install my smart thermostat.Next time I need ANYTHING related to hvac, I'm coming here.

Torr was great to work with. Professional. Fairly priced. Willing to explain everything to me. Or answer any questions I had. Willing to meet my hopes for the install which was a slightly uncommon location. Very happy with the end result. The crew are friendly, professional and hard working. It's been working great through the summer months.
